Logo of the week: togspace

By 7 December 2012No Comments

Our first December logo of the week is togspace. This is a sharp logo with a great use of colour. Picking the right colours for your logo is very important as they can say so much, as Simon outlines in his blog ‘Functional or Fussy: what does your logo say about you?’

Quite often, as with togspace you start off really set on a particular colour or a particular colour palette in mind. However it’s always a good idea to stay flexible and try different colour combinations until you’re really sure.

About togspace

togspace is a start-up service for professional photographers which allows them to upload albums and share them with clients – allowing them to communicate easily.

The brief

They wanted a simple logo which had a strong icon element which could also stand alone. They originally wanted to keep to a pastel palette, but saw that it wasn’t quite working and tried several different colour combinations before finding the right combination.

What do you think?

Logo icons are incredibly diverse and there are so many different avenues to try. We really love the clever double meaning icons which we’ve pinned on our Pinterest board. Are there any which you’d like to share with us which you find inspiring?
