What’s included in your design packages?
You’ll get custom designed concepts from a dedicated project manager who will often be able to turn around your designs in as little as 48 hours. All our designs are created from scratch, so you’re guaranteed to receive visuals that are completely unique to your business.
What happens if I don’t like any of the designs you’ve produced?
You’ll always come away with a logo you love! Unlimited revisions are included in all of our logo and branding packages, which means we won’t sign off on any of the work until we’re certain you’re completely satisfied.
How much do your logo design and branding services cost?
It really depends on what you need. We offer a series of cost-effective logo design and branding packages to our customers to suit businesses of all sizes and in all kinds of scenarios – but we can also provide tailored quotes if you need us to include specific deliverables. What file formats will my new logo be supplied in?
You’ll be supplied with everything you need to start using your logo across all your digital and printed assets. The final files will be sent either by email or a download link if the pack is larger than 10MB. You will have 30 days to download your files. If you need us to re-supply your files at some point in the future, there will be a small admin fee of £10+VAT to retrieve them form our archive.
What files will I receive, and how can I use them?
We will supply a number of files suitable for print and web use. Don’t worry if you can’t open certain files. You need specialised software to open some of the files, as they are intended for professional design use.
Below is a list of files we send as part of our packages and a short explanation to how they can be used.
.JPG or .JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
This is most probably the most well-known and common image file type. You will be able to open this file type on your computer and use it for most on-screen needs, such as your website and within Microsoft products like Word and PowerPoint. This file type is of reasonably low quality and is not ideal for print.
.GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
Again, this is a well-known file type suitable for most on-screen needs. Unlike the .jpg file, we supply this file with a transparent background, meaning it can be placed onto coloured backgrounds such as those used within your website or presentations.
.PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
Like the .gif file, this is also transparent, but better quality (higher res). It can be placed on your website if it’s not sitting on a white background.
.PDF (Portable Document File)
A PDF file allows a document to be displayed no matter what operating system you are using. It includes text, fonts, graphics, and other information. This file type can be requested by your printer – they will ask for a print-ready PDF.
.EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
This file type is the most commonly used by professional printers and embroiderers etc. They will be able to reduce and increase the size of the image without losing any of its quality. You may not be able to open this file type on your own machine.
.AI (Adobe Illustrator)
Adobe Illustrator is the professional programme your logo will be designed in, and is the ‘source’ file. Unlike most other online designers, we do not charge to supply this design.
.TTF (True Type Fonts)
We supply the fonts used in your designs. You can then upload them to your computer so they appear in your font dropdown list. To upload them, simply open the file and select ‘install.’
